New Theme

I just wanted to mention that the new blog theme that I had been working on is up and running. It’s not a huge change from what it was but I think it works better. I added a section on the right sidebar that lists my most popular posts. Now people who are visiting my site for the first time have a good idea where to start. The new theme is a work in progress so if you see any bugs, let me know. I will be all over it.

I like it, but I think it’s a bit tough to pick the white-letter-font title out of the background picture you’ve selected. Maybe just photoshop “flip” the picture right-to-left?
Thanks. I will get around to photoshop flipping it eventually. I’m actually debating whether or not I’m going to stick with it. I’m starting to think I want to go with a more minimalist theme. All white background, no borders around the menus, etc. I think I just want it to be plain, simple and easy on the eyes. I really like the Zen Habits theme or the NorthXEast theme. I think I might design one similar to those.
