		<description>I thought the book was interesting but it was reading the follow up &quot;Getting A Life&quot; (which focuses on real-life examples of people who followed the &quot;programme&quot;) which hammered home some of the concepts to me.  The descriptions of life after the programme were quite compelling to me.</description>
